Shipment Questions
We deliver your purchases only to valid addresses in Switzerland and the Liechtenstein. We do not ship in any other country.
The shipment will always be done using SwissPost.
Packing, shipment and delivery unfortunately has a cost. There is shipment material (packing box, packing material, packing tape), personnell and the courier. So we cannot avoid you to pay. But we try to keep the costs as low as possible. So we only ask you to pay 1.50 Chf on top of the normal Swiss Post rate.
And for orders above 60.00 Chf there is free shipping!
The following are the current shipment rates we are using:
PostPac Economy (B-Post): For all orders the current shipping cost is 8.50 Chf + 1.50 Chf for handling = 10.00 Chf (VAT included)
PostPac Priority (A-Post): For all orders the current shipping cost is 10.50 Chf + 1.50 Chf for handling = 12.00 Chf (VAT included)
All orders which are submitted untill 13:00 are usually processed and delivered to the post office the same day before 16:00. Orders submitted during weekends or holiday are processed the first available working day.
With PostPac Economy it usually takes 2-3 working days.
With PostPac Priority it usually takes 1-2 working days.
Upon shipment you will receive via email a tracking code that will allow you to check the status of the shipment directly on the SwissPost web site here.
You can also check the status of your order on your account page.

All product prices are in CHF and include VAT (8.1%).
No. All the products sold in this shop have already been imported and Swiss customs duties when required have been already paid by us.
Nowdays the same product can be available in many online shops or retailers based in Switzerland or other part of Europe. Some shops might run sales promotions or try to sell products that are near to expire at a discounted price. Sometimes they simply want to clean their inventory and so they will have a discounted price. Sometimes prices might appear to be lower but then the shipment costs can be quite high because the product will be shipped from a warehouse that is outside of Switzerland. In that case you might also pay Swiss customs duties if the value of the order is high. We also sometimes have price promotion but in general the price we apply is the suggested sales price from the supplier. And all the products we shipo are from our warehouse based in Switzerland. You can also be sure that we never ship products that are used, expired or that have an expiration date less than 6 months from the date of shipment.
We will send you a printed invoice together with your order. You will find it in the package or outside the box in an envelope. If for any reason you have lost it please contact us and we will be happy to send a copy via email.
Product Questions
Because we are the official Swiss importer/distributor of the brands we sell on the online shop we normally have all the products we sell on stock in our warehouse based in Switzerland.
On the product page you can always see how many pieces we have on stock. If the product is temporarily out of stock the button "Add to cart" is not available and you will not be able to purchase the product.
Yes. If the product is out of stock in the product page will be available the "Notify Me" button. Click on it and you will be alerted via email when the product is back on stock.
Not all the products we sell are 100% Vegan or Bio. In any case you can be reassured that all the products comply with the latest EU, USA or Australian cosmetic safety regulations. We always report the list of ingredients in the product page and we mention if the product is vegan, bio or has some other relevant certifications.
We grant you the right to return products purchased on our shop within 14 days from the date of shipment of the parcel, in the original condition (not used) and in the original packaging.
We will bear the return costs if you request a prepaid SwissPost return label. You can request this label by e-mail to beautykosm@alemapro.ch or by telephone at: 044 545 75 00.
