How to use:
Take 2 gummies per day, to chew, at any time of the day.
Please note the following:
- To start noticing a positive effect it is strongly suggested to take the supplement for at least 3 months in a row.
- It is possible to take maximum 4 gummies a day from two different Yumi Beauty & Food products (ex: 2 x Hair & Nails and 2 x Anti-Aging). Do not exceed this dose.
